In partnership with Big Lottery Fund and Lloyds TSB Foundations, the Observatory and Regional Action West Midlands have organised Better evidence… Better funding bids. This event will be a very practical exploration of how to evidence 'need' in your funding applications.
The day will include real-life examples of funding bids submitted to BIG and Lloyds, demonstrating good and bad evidencing of need.
Staff from the Observatory and Office of National Statistics will then demonstrate some of the tools and websites available to root your bid firmly in evidence.
There will also be an opportunity for delegates to put all of that learning into practice, with an opportunity to book 1-2-1 sessions with the funders and experts from the Observatory and Office for National Statistics.
