Description Develop and explore a range of ‘alternative’ economic scenarios for the region, beyond the existing ‘control’ forecast. Such alternative forecasts would be intended to reflect both potential market changes and different policy interventions, and would serve as a basis for further anticipating future change and the impact of different policies in the region.
