Description There is very limited information available on a regular basis about the adoption of e-​commerce tools and processes by businesses in the West Midlands region. The national e-​commerce survey run by ONS does not provide regional results. The Observatory ran a survey of e-​business adoption on behalf of AWM during 2008, the third such survey (to date they have been run every four years). However, effective monitoring and development of ICT support policies requires more regular updates.
