This report forms part of the technical advice to inform Phase 2 of the revision process for the Regional Spatial Strategy. This report updates the findings from the Regional Centres Study published in 2006. That study looked at the network of town and city centres across the West Midlands. The update took account of revised data and assumptions and extended the timeframe of the projections to 2026. An appendix containing detailed tables was published alongside the main report of the update. A further update was carried out in 2009.
