This report forms part of the technical advice to inform Phase 2 of the revision process for the Regional Spatial Strategy. This report updates the findings from the Regional Centres Studies published in 2006 and 2007. Those studies looked at the network of town and city centres across the West Midlands. The further update was prepared in advance of the Examination in Public and took account of the latest data available and analysed the impact of different scales and distributions of housing development.
