This report forms part of the technical advice to inform Phase 2 of the revision process for the Regional Spatial Strategy. This report presents the findings of a study assessing the level of carbon dioxide emissions which would result from the increases in housing stock envisaged in the options being developed as part of the RSS revision. As well as a baseline assessment, a number of scenarios for improved energy efficiency were also evaluated.
