This policy document sets out the findings from a piece of work undertaken by Office of the Third Sector and Business Innovation and Skills working with the sector to identify ways to enhance existing promotion and support for social enterprise.

The key aims of this document are to:
(a) Map the ‘social enterprise journey’.
(b) Map the social enterprise support and promotion landscape.
(c) Note gaps in the existing support structures.
(d) Set out actions agreed by government and the sector to join up better the existing support offer.
