Regional integrated economic assessment

The regional integrated economic assessment provides an assessment of economic performance in the West Midlands and the factors contributing to this performance. We also assessed the relative position of different parts of the West Midlands.

We produced the assessment in 2008 in collaboration with all 14 local authorities, the first example of joint working on this scale.

The assessment provides a starting point for more detailed local work in preparing local economic assessments.
